Christine Canlas went to culinary school in Las Vegas, USA. She became the Chef de Cuisine of celebrity chef Ming Tsai's restaurant Blue Dragon in Boston MA.
Throughout her career she has taught cooking classes to children and young adults.
Christine Canlas has a passion for inclusion and teaches cooking classes for United Dance ans assists in United Dance's courses.
